  What's the sale of the DVDs all about?
    This is an effort to raise funds to help with the recovery effort in Haiti.  Although there are many organizations that are currently helping this cause to provide immediate relief, this initiative is more for the long term aspect of the relief effort in Haiti.  This effort focuses more on helping the orphans and the children whose parents have become disabled by the disaster.
     
  What type of music is featured on the DVDs?
    The DVD contains twenty six (26) great new songs from America's top Christian artists.  These are excellent spiritual/contemporary Christian and gospel songs for the whole family to enjoy.  Featuring music from  Michael W. Smith, Point Of Grace, Natalie Grant, Mandisa, Jars Of Clay, Casting Crowns, Kirk Franklin, Steven Curtis Chapman, Jeremy Camp, Chris Tomlin, And many more...
     
  Can people listen to a sample before ordering?
    Yes, there will be a video sample on the website and all they (customers) have to do is click on the video icon on the DVD order page to get a preview.
     
  Who is organizing this effort and why?
    This is a joint effort by many Haitian-American churches and "The 3:16 Foundation" - which is a non-profit organization to help this inspiring cause.  Christian Time Organization is serving as intermediary to facilitate the project.
     
  Some might say that they've already donated to the Haiti relief effort, what do I tell them?
    Be sure to tell them that the sales of the DVDs will help the long term aspect of the relief effort in Haiti.  This effort focuses more on helping the orphans and the children whose parents have become disabled by the disaster.  So it's still worth buying this DVD even if someone has already donated money.  The proceeds of the DVDs will go as follow: 30% for immediate help and 70% for long term recovery effort.
     
  Do you really give out free gift when order DVDs?  How does that work?
    Every church/group that orders twenty (20) DVDs or more will receive a free gift from us as an incentive to encourage people to support this effort.  More information about the free gift can be found on the website.
     
  How do people know if your organization will do what it promised?
    1 - We will post on the website a copy of the donated check to the Red Cross for immediate help for food, shelter, and medical care.
    2 - For the long-term recovery project, every church that orders our DVDs will receive a monthly copy of our newsletter with updates and highlights of the construction of the orphanage and other activities.

In other words, this will not be a one-and-done deal.  The Christian community nationwide will be kept up-to-date of our activities.  Now remember, we can only do what we promise with the support of the DVD sales.
     
  Can people order DVDs online?
    Yes.  It's a lot easier and faster to order online.  There's a form on the website to streamline and speed up the process.  When order online,  customers do not have to pay right away.  We'll make arrangement for payments.
     
  When do customers receive their DVDs?
    It should take approximately 2 to 3 weeks.  Please remember that once we receive all orders, the DVD producers (EMI and Word Music) require time to process large number of DVDs.
     
  When do customers pay for their orders?
    Payments must be received prior to shipping the DVDs to customers.  When order online, customers do not have to pay right away.  We will contact them and arrange the payment method.
     
  What's your return or refund policy?
    If a DVD is defective, we will exchange it at no cost to the buyer.  However, due to the fact that we are not a retailer, we can only exchange or replace DVDs.
     
  How much can I earn as a coordinator?
    There's no limit in the amount you can earn working as our coordinator.  This is a commission based and very easy job.  Your area has hundreds of churches that will support this effort.  The amount you earn depends on your ability to reach out to them.  You will receive 15% of the total DVD sales
     
  How and when do Coordinators get pay?
    We have two methods of issuing payments: Your earnings can be directly deposited to you or we can simply mail your check to you.
     
  Do you provide a list of churches in my area?
    Yes, we will provide you with a list of all churches in your area.  The list contains the churches' addresses, phone numbers, and website addresses if they have one.
     
  Is there a guideline to follow in order to do this job?
    Well, we provide a guideline to help you to be successful in this endeavor.  However, it's not mandatory that you follow our guidelines.  It's just to give you ideas about how to do this job.  You will work at your own pace and schedule.
     
  How soon can I start?
    You can start as soon as you agree to the terms and conditions of this assignment.
